Terms and Conditions – 92pkr Gaming Platform

Welcome to 92pkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 92pkr ("92pkr," "the Platform," "we," "us"). Each individual may register and maintain a maximum of one single account on the 92pkr platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Account Security

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred between players or used in any way that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 92pkr is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. If a different withdrawal method is required, 92pkr support must be contacted and additional verification may be requested.

92pkr processes standard withdrawals within minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours during business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank. For withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000, additional identity verification is required before processing begins.

92pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds won through prohibited activity, the use of software exploits, or violation of game rules will be voided and are not eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

92pkr offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. The general bonus rules applicable across all 92pkr promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement across most 92pkr promotions is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 92pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and may result in legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, 92pkr will communicate the reason for suspension to the player within 72 hours and provide a timeline for resolution where possible. Funds held in a suspended account that are not associated with any fraudulent activity will be returned to the player after investigation is complete through a verified payment method.

Players wishing to close their 92pkr account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the player to a refund of any funds used in gameplay. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within seven business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.

Nothing in these Terms limits 92pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
